What's changing?
From 1 April 2025 onwards, when you open your CDS Vic West app, you'll see a button to add your phone number on the homepage.
Once your number is added and verified, multi-factor authentication will be enabled.
What do you need to do?
All you need to do is add your mobile number to your account. It requires the “61” prior to your mobile number.
Once this is done, you'll receive a unique verification code via SMS. Simply enter this code and
multi-factor authentication will be enabled. Your data is held with the utmost confidentiality and this measure will provide you with a seamless and secure user experience.
Checking and updating your personal details
If you need to change your personal information (such as: phone number or digital payout method) in the future, you'll be prompted to verify yourself with a verification code that will be sent via SMS.
